Boobie Ike — Vice City Legend

A local Vice City legend who transformed his street experience into a legitimate empire spanning real estate, a strip club, and a recording studio. He's "all smiles until it's time to talk business." His partnership with music mogul Dre'Quan Priest for Only Raw Records is a key subplot.

Dre'Quan Priest — Music Mogul

"Always more of a hustler than a gangster," Dre'Quan's goal was always breaking into the music industry. Now running Only Raw Records out of Boobie's studio, he's looking to make it big in the Vice City scene after signing the duo Real Dimez.

Real Dimez (Bae-Luxe & Roxy)

Friends since high school, this rap duo turned their street smarts into viral tracks and a relentless social media presence. Signed to Only Raw Records, they're hoping lightning strikes twice after an early hit single.

Brian Heder — Drug Runner

A classic smuggler from the golden age of the Keys. Brian still moves product through his boat yard with his third wife, Lori. He lets Jason live rent-free at one of his properties — as long as Jason helps with local shakedowns and stops by for sangria occasionally.

Themes and Setting

The character descriptions paint a picture of modern-day Leonida as a place where everyone has an angle. The story touches on social media culture, the music industry, organized crime, and the constant tension between ambition and survival.
